Who we are
CS1 Construction was founded in 2018 on a simple standard: do the work right, document everything, and never make a client chase their contractor. Eighteen years later, that standard has carried us through more than 2,400 projects — 5,000+ unit turns, 2,000+ roofing systems, and portfolios spanning Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
How we work
Every project runs on the CS1 Method: five stages, written sign-offs at each gate, and one project manager from contract to keys. Every crew member is a background-checked, insured CS1 employee — no day labor, no anonymous subs.
