Exterior projects can typically be booked two to four weeks out. Full renovations require six to ten weeks of lead time for permits, materials and scheduling. Emergency and storm-damage work can begin inside five business days.
Yes. We provide an on-site assessment, measured drawings and a written estimate at no cost and no obligation. If you move forward, the assessment fee is folded into your project contract.
No. Every worker on your job site is a W-2 CS1 Construction employee. Background-checked and insured. This keeps quality consistent and accountability clear.
We partner with accredited lenders to offer fixed-rate financing options, including 0% introductory APR programs. Your project manager can walk you through available plans during the estimate visit.
