Use of this site
This website is provided by CS1 Construction, LLC for informational purposes. Content, photography and branding are the property of CS1 Construction and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Estimates and proposals
Online estimate requests are not binding contracts. All project work is governed by a written, fixed-price agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Prices quoted verbally or estimated online are subject to on-site assessment.
Licensing and insurance
CS1 Construction is licensed and insured in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts. License documentation is available on request.
Limitation of liability
While we work to keep this website accurate and available, it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this site modifies the terms of a signed project agreement.
